QuadraNet Goes to Israel
QuadraNet’s Chief Technical Officer, Nick Carlson, visited Israel this February to attend the Executive Leadership Summit hosted by Radware. The Executive Leadership Summit is a gathering of security minded tech executives with the purpose of discussing various cyber security hot topics such as the latest DDoS trends, possible DDoS countermeasures, application firewalls, application acceleration and more.
This event was held at Radware’s corporate headquarters located in Tel Aviv and took place over five days at the start of February.
In today’s, ever changing and rapidly shifting cyber security environment QuadraNet relies on conferences like this to stay up to date on what’s new, what’s working and the latest in cyber security countermeasures.
Radware powers the enterprise-level DDoS solutions that protect QuadraNet’s customers from cyber threats. This was a rare chance for QuadraNet’s CTO to get some one-on-one time with the engineers that developed the equipment behind our Vest DDoS Protection.
“My trip provided an excellent opportunity to sit in the same room with Radware’s engineers to discuss how we can maximize their gear to provide the highest levels of protection for our customers.”
One of the highlights of the trip was listening to the presentation that Carl Herberger, Radware’s VP of Security Solutions presented. “Carl is a visionary in the security world and hearing his insights on where the industry is heading and how Radware is staying ahead of the curve was a very valuable experience,” said Carlson.
QuadraNet Introduces Vest DDoS Mitigation
QuadraNet recently unveiled their Vest DDoS Mitigation service. This new service helps protect QuadraNet’s clients from network security threats while experiencing virtually no down time.
As datacenters all around the globe are experiencing a steady increase in the recurrence of DDoS attacks, QuadraNet saw the need for a solution that would automatically detect and mitigate these attacks. Just like many other datacenters, QuadraNet’s previous process often required manual intervention by its network engineers to stop an attack. The former process took resources away from other key tasks involved in running a datacenter. Now that the process is automatic, network engineers are free to focus on other top priorities.
QuadraNet offers three types of DDoS solutions: Detect & Mitigate, Always On, and Dedicated DDoS. To learn which service is best for you, please visit our comparison chart under Enterprise Solutions > Vest DDoS Mitigation on our website.
As an added value to QuadraNet’s customers, dedicated servers and colocation services now come standard with 3Gbps of Detect and Mitigate protection included.

New QuadraNet Status Monitor
Have you ever experienced trouble accessing your website and didn’t know if the problem was your network or ours? Well, guess no more!
QuadraNet is happy to announce the addition of its new system status monitor.
The new status monitor provides clients with real-time operational data on all of QuadraNet’s data centers, cloud services, DNS, and NEO management portal.
That’s it for this issue. We hope you enjoyed the latest updates, and we look forward to reporting to you again in next edition of the QuadraNet newsletter.
