Miami Expansion – Additional Cooling Capacity!
Several months ago, QuadraNet made an announcement about our plans to grow our datacenter space & footprint in Miami, FL. We are pleased to report back that we have been making great progress, and have successfully deployed over 30 additional cabinets in our datacenter since making this announcement. Further to that, we’re glad to announce that those 30 additional cabinets have been deployed and sold, and we plan on further expanding our space!
Throughout the journey of the expansion, adding additional operational infrastructure to the datacenter was necessary. We would also like to share some pictures with you of our crane delivery, of additional cooling capacity being installed at our Miami datacenter to support our expansion. We love keeping your servers running cool at all times, even on the hottest summer days!
Our Miami facility, located at 36 NE 2nd St. Miami, FL 33132 is at the center of the leading hub to most Latin American & Caribbean markets. The datacenter’s building is built to withstand all that Mother Nature can throw at it and is rated to handle a Category 5 hurricane.
Our Miami location has been especially popular because of its excellent latency to the east coast, Latin America and Europe. We are very excited to be expanding our space in this location!
Our Miami network currently consists of the following network carriers:
GT-T / TiNet — Transit — 1 x 10Gbps
Cogent Communications — Transit — 1 x 10Gbps
Telefonica Global Solutions — Transit — 1 x 10Gbps
