A LETTER FROM QUADRANET CEO ON COVID-19
Ilan Mishan, Founder & CEO of QuadraNet Enterprises.
Data centers play a key role in providing mission-critical technology to support emergency communication. Major hospitals rely upon data centers for data and images storage and transmission, as well as data protection for sensitive and confidential information. We proudly supports many online education institutions, healthcare providers, entertainment, digital media, gaming, government agencies, retail and technology companies to name a few.
QuadraNet is running a seamless operation for ensuring all data centers remain fully operational during the Coronavirus pandemic.
We are equipped to provide continuity of business – QuadraNet maintains an incredibly robust and redundant Power & Network infrastructure, including redundant UPS equipment, diesel generators, HVAC and edge routing equipment.
Businesses and educational institutions are moving their daily operations online with options to work and study remotely. We are committed to providing support in every way we can.
Last Thursday a shelter in place order has been issued for the entire state of California. In order to help the public health, flattening the curve and slowing the spread of COVID-19, QuadraNet joined the state’s efforts by taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our staff, and our clients.
Visits to the California DataCenters are now suspended. Suspension will take effect immediately, and will apply to the following locations:
Downtown Los Angeles, 530 W. 6th St, Los Angeles.
Century Los Angeles, 6171 W. Century Blvd, Los Angeles.
At this time, we request that customers reschedule any maintenance, on-site tours and on-site audits. Only critical visit requests will be answered by appointment only.
In addition to our regular full-facility cleaning, we will be doing extra wipe down to clean and disinfect handles on all doors, restrooms, and tables. We are also washing hands, using Sticky Mats to remove dirt off footwear, supplying hand sanitizer in every floor, and making disposable gloves are available at the front desk.
To support the health of our employees QuadraNet’s health insurance plan offers free coronavirus testing and doctor visits with $0 co-pay.
QuadraNet has reduced the number of technical support engineers that are on-site, and increased the off-site remote support to make sure your support tickets will be processed in a timely manner.
If you are experiencing slower on-site support response, please understand that the team will prioritized requests based on their nature of urgency. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
QuadraNet staff is here 24/7
